Dr. Mohamad Khir Alwazir serves as President of the Geneva Academy of Law and Diplomatic Sciences. He leads the Academy’s strategic direction and oversees collaboration with government institutions and United Nations programs.

Dr. Bassem Hatahet is a university professor specializing in governance affairs, a Syrian strategic researcher, and policy analyst. Born in Damascus, he has held Belgian citizenship for over four decades and is based in Brussels. He is widely recognized as a distinguished figure in the fields of international relations and strategic affairs. He has served as a member of the Mashreq Committee of the European Commission and as a former parliamentarian. Dr. Hatahet has made significant contributions to the analysis of European policies toward the Middle East, with particular expertise in Syrian affairs, regional dynamics, and the Gulf states. Areas of Expertise and Professional Activities International Relations and Strategic Studies: Dr. Hatahet is a founding member of the European Institute for Political Initiatives and Strategic Analysis, as well as the International Center for International Relations and Strategic Studies. Through these institutions, he contributes to the development of research, policy assessments, and strategic analyses concerning Syria, regional developments, and international affairs.

Houda Sakker holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations and is proficient in Arabic, English, French, and Chinese, bringing strong multilingual and international communication expertise to her role.
